Term & Conditions

1. Definitions:

  • SK Packers & Movers refers to the Packers and Movers service provider.
  • “Customer” refers to the person or entity availing the services.
  • “Goods” denotes the items, articles, and possessions to be relocated.

2. Booking and Confirmation:

  • The Customer must provide accurate and complete information for booking.
  • Confirmation of the booking is subject to availability.
  • The Customer shall receive a booking confirmation with details of the services requested.

3. Service Agreement:

  • The SK Packers & Movers agrees to provide packing, moving, and related services as requested by the Customer.
  • The Customer agrees to pay for the services as per the agreed-upon rates.

4. Payment:

  • Payment is due as per the agreed terms and shall include the cost of services and any additional charges incurred during the process.
  • Failure to make payment may result in the withholding of goods.

5. Packing and Handling:

  • The SK Packers & Movers shall pack and handle the Goods with reasonable care.
  • The Customer is advised to supervise and provide specific instructions for fragile, valuable, or sentimental items.

6. Liability:

  • The SK Packers & Movers shall not be liable for any damage or loss of Goods unless it is due to their negligence.
  • The Customer is advised to procure appropriate insurance for their Goods.

7. Delivery:

  • The SK Packers & Movers will make best efforts to deliver the Goods within the agreed timeframe.
  • Delays due to unforeseen circumstances may occur, and the Company shall not be held responsible.

8. Cancellation:

  • Cancellation of the service by the Customer may result in a cancellation fee, depending on the notice period.

9. Complaints and Claims:

  • Any complaints or claims must be submitted within a reasonable time frame.
  • Claims for damages must be supported by evidence.

10. Force Majeure:

  • The SK Packers & Movers shall not be liable for failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

11. Governing Law:

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Uttarakhand State.

12. Entire Agreement:

  • These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties, superseding all prior agreements and understandings.

By availing the services of the SK Packers & Movers, the Customer acknowledges and accepts these Terms and Conditions. The Customer is advised to read, understand, and seek clarification if necessary before agreeing to proceed with the services.
